rmg:clarity continues to offer postal surveys as they can be an excellent way of contacting a large sample that are geographically dispersed. Many clients consider this to be an ideal way of conducting customer satisfaction surveys and they usually choose to combine it with some qualitative research to provide a deeper understanding of the issues raised.
Postal surveys are most successful where they can be addressed to a specific individual and are therefore most appropriate where the client can supply a clear sample frame of names and addresses. Our experience of designing clear and simple questionnaires which people find easy to complete enables us to maximise the numbers responding.
The questionnaires can be printed, packed and despatched using our in-house printing and mailing departments which house the latest kit. This makes rmg:clarity perfectly equipped to handle your personalised mailings at high speed with high quality.
Once completed, surveys are returned, scanned and then quality checked by our Survey Processing Department for any further coding and data entry requirements. Any data captured can be exported/imported into most standard formats, including SPSS.
